Rod & Dámaris CarbaughMarried in 1980, Rod and Dámaris Carbaugh are elders at Manhattan Grace Tabernacle.
Rod graduated from a Christian university in the southwest in 1977 with degrees in television and business. As Treasurer, he oversees all of the financial matters of the church. Rod also oversees the technical areas of the church, including sound, lighting and computers. He travels extensively with Dámaris in her itinerant ministry of singing and speaking internationally. Dámaris Carbaugh is a well known Christian recording artist and conference speaker. She is also the author of a newly published book in Spanish, "Adios a mi." Dámaris and her husband regularly travel in the US and abroad as she receives invitations to sing for concerts and speak at conferences both in English and Spanish. More information about her can be found at damariscarbaugh.com. She teaches our Christian Foundation classes weekly, and is available for counseling. She is involved in our Christmas drama presentation of "A Christmas Carol, Revisited." Infrequently, she also speaks at our services. Rod and his wife, Dámaris, are the proud parents of 2 children: Ashley and James, and have 6 grandchildren: Jonah, Christian, Mary, Elizabeth, Lydia and Susanna. |
